I think this is brilliant. You made a bold, perfect decision. It’s the perfect way for Alice to come full circle (no matter what the ending). From her story starting with no son to coming down to living without her son is just brilliant. KUDOS!

I'm so glad they were open with one another this chapter and have a better understanding of each other. I hope all goes well for Sarah and Ahanu. I loved how much affection Ahanu gives Maggie. He loves her so much, she is his daughter no matter what.

He needed to hear her tell him what happened that day. The same way she says she can’t feel what he did, I don’t think he really felt what she went through until she said it all out loud to him. Very powerful chapter. Can’t wait for more!

I beg you, do not take this evil reviews to heart. Those messages coudn't be written by a good person. I just can not believe that there is a person with such a hatred in its heart. And to say that it was good that so many people have lost their lives...Evil. Pure evil.

Your well being comes first! Great chapter! I like Sarah, she has always been a comic relief in a way. I have to say that I like the fact that Sarah is still angry. Its understandable, its different for Alice...I see it as Alice being reborn after losing her son, while Sarah was yet to find a husband, have children...And they are just different so its natural that they cope with their loses differently.

First to say that this is my favourite chapter. It feels warm and still kind of sad. To answer your question, I think that in this story you just need to have this long built up to their love. You just have to considering everything that happened and who Alice and Megedagik are, and what they've been through.

I knew this part of the story was coming but it's still so sad..
Can't really blame Sarah for not wanting the brother to hold the baby, but man.. that was a cold thing to say. And we still don't know what's going to happen with Alice.. Oh so much angst!
