The characters were believable and the emotions kept me involved throughout. I think it would look great in a comic book format, and I'm anxious to bring it to life.
Thank you for sharing this amazing piece. I look forward to hearing more of your stories.
Warm regards,
Addy.

Ah! I cannot even express how happy I was to see a story alert from one of my favorite authors on FP. I completely agree with you in your AN because I've just returned to writing again (one of the few blessings of this crazy pandemic). Although I will say, it does make me sad to see so many authors I used to love seeing updates from not be as active on this site (hopefully they're still writing though!)
Anyway, I took a while in reading this cause I wanted to reread it from the beginning and relish every word haha. From the time that I first started reading your stories I immediately admired your ability to flawlessly capture small interactions between characters in a subtle yet very telling way.
For example, in this chapter I loved the part where it says, "Callen's face appeared relaxed and focused on the screen, if not for the tension she noticed in his neck." I think especially when you're writing a story from one character's perspective it can be difficult for the reader to understand what the other character might be thinking (especially in this case between Nadia and Callen since she believes he's not interested in her). But especially towards the end I love that we were able to see both Callen's own guarded nature but blunt side come out (I had the stupidest smile on my face when he said "She's not wrong-I think you look pretty").
I also just want to say that I love the way you write the character of Nadia. Even though she does have so many moments that make me cringe in second-hand embarrassment, I love that she just owns who she is completely, and I feel like this is something that Callen picks up on as well. I think in this chapter in particular, I related to her most in this chapter when she was interacting with Emery. I love that you took Nadia and Emery and had them interact with each other in an amicable way when I think we would normally see their characters as catty and outwardly jealous. Like Nadia's internal monologue of feeling insecure and that "ache" she describes (but also trying to fight that feeling) is SO much more realistic than what you'd typically see in an FP story.
Anyway I cannot wait to read more of this! I'd love to see more interaction between Connie and Nadia (sans Callen) since we've gotten a few glimpses of Connie's intuition to Callen and Nadia's relationship. I'm also really interested to see if we do get to see Mat and Nadia interact. I think it'd be really interesting to see her in situations where she's not so out of her element (even though that seems to be a bit off-brand for her at this point, lol. Maybe she's just a perpetually awkward person no matter if she's pole dancing and walking down the street, haha.) But yes, either way, definitely looking forward to future chapters.
Honestly, I'm just so glad to see that you're also returning to writing again. I've always admired your work and honestly consider you to be one of the OGs of FP lol (along with people like star123 and Carmel March! Hope they're well too. I've been kind of nostalgic for the old days of this community. Things feel different now, or maybe that's just the adult in me talking, lol.) Also not to be that reader, but I would also love to read another update from "The Classics of Love" 3

Love it! Nadia is so awkwardly cute! Can't wait to see her disbelief when Callen makes a move! Butterflies in stomach!

Excited to read this anew! Ever since the pandemic forced us to stay home, I've been doing a deep dive into old FP nostalgia, and it was such a bummer that not only were a lot of good stories abandoned unfinished ten or more years ago, but also a lot of authors left due to plagiarism concerns. Secretly, I've been hoping that a lot of other people stuck at home with extra time have also been strolling down memory lane and revisiting their old stomping grounds. And then the email notification from your update popped up like it was 2008! Amazing.
