Just as a reminder, the Romanov siblings actually had jewels sewn into their corsets, which acted as primitive bulletproof vests. So, I think that Olga would have survived the execution in your story unless she was shot in the head. If so, she would not have lived to talk to Dmitri. Also, consider how the White Army would react upon finding the bodies in the Ipatiev House and what happens to Yakov.
I have also read the full version of this story on FFN, and I actually enjoyed reading it. I hope that the ending for this version will be slightly different. Maybe the Whites could capture Yakov at the ending as some sort of comfort for your readers: Yakov gets executed by the Whites for murdering Olga, Tatiana, and the others.
