Haha this brought back so many memories for me! I use to work at Customer Service at Lowe's and honestly, I would have quit within a year had it not been for my coworkers and the few regulars who would make it a point to brighten our days.

I really love this! There is only one line I didn't really like, which was the one with the "wet cavern" description. Do you mean their mouths are wet caverns? I had to read it over once or twice to understand what it maybe meant.
I love this piece, and it wraps itself up very nicely with that last stanza. Interesting topic too. Great work and I hope you continue to write more poetry!
