Hi there, I'd like to say you are a wonderful writer; I've always found rose prompts extremely cliché, but your poem is quite touching, especially seeing as it has less than 100 words.
I've tried to write poetry before, but it's ever been so... strong like this.

If you haven't shown this to your parents, you totally should. I love the metaphors you used. I could relate to them a lot.
