Maybe I'm sorta numb from seeing so many pact stories and stuff, but he seems really dramatic. It's a compliment, though. I can picture this being the thought process of Faust.
Sorry, but you spelled "wanton" wrong unless he's just actually hungry and desires wontons. Maybe that's the reason he's out late? :P
What time period is this supposed to be again? Also, since it has mages, I think that means it could also fit into the Fantasy genre thingie?
