Wow! This was cool and the aura you described as dark and windy was already giving me spooks! Nice!
The taller figure seemed to be like some mage. So, there was a certain person who that Lady wanted to know of- the whereabouts, perhaps?
I wonder what will happen after twelve years! ;)

This is creepy. Someone chose for a specific kid to be born. Creepy.
I think this might be Ria's birth. What if it's Kuran? Or any of the other kids? I want to think it's Ria, but this could be a red herring.
What is this pact? Who made it? So many questions!
I'm going to be on the lookout for a lady with a snake familiar.

Its obvious they are talking of Ria, unless there is a plot twist, of course. And the meeting happened on some sort of yokai territory?
Who is the man the woman is talking about?

This is still very mysterious, even after rereading it! Is the snake the woman's familiar? Is Ria's mother the woman in labour? Is the thing that's going to happen in twelve years something to do with Ria going to school?
