I don’t know if you’ll ever see this or if you even use fiction press anymore but I just wanted to say that I have really loved your writing that to let you use and how are you put together a dentist it’s beautiful. You have so much potential and I can’t wait to see what your parish books are like because I’m sure that someone will want to publish this books. I really love the world is that you create and in the guards to rabbit heart I really am asked myself and got lost in that world I would really love to see how you tackle Dragon Heart.

I had a moment of nostalgia yesterday and decided to look through the Fictionpress stories I used to read when I was younger. I remember really enjoying Rabbit Heart and was sad to see it had been removed - but totally understood that you were no longer happy with your work. I decided to read through Dragon Heart instead since I missed the tone of your writing.
Dragon Heart really surprised me. Serafine is such a refreshing protagonist in a fictional genre where the female leads are almost always weaker characters with passive personalities. Serafine has an amazing sense of humour and made me almost laugh out loud when she cracked jokes in times of crisis.
In terms of constructive criticism, I think the world building needs work. While creative and exciting, it lacks a sense of structure and rules. What exactly are the limits of Serafine’s powers e.g. if she can summon daggers, can she form any object at will? Why are supernatural beings a secret in a world where there are so many powerful communities of them and where do they originate from? Why are there so many different species? I find that the best fantasy/paranormal stories base themselves off true mythology e.g. Karen MM’s Irish mythology or Ilona Andrew’s use of multiple cultural inspirations in her books.
I know it’s been a long time since you last updated, but I have hope I’ll see the next chapter one day. I also encourage you to change platforms - fictionpress is no longer the same user friendly and close knit community it was before.

I read rabbit heart when you first put it out there and I decided to give this one a try! Im loving this new main character's attitude! She's so different and powerful and I love it! Man, this chapter was super adorable until the end! Now im hanging on the edge, wondering what's going on and when will she get the chance to slaughter all these bastards.
