Sadly if your poem speaks to what's happing now, then I do see it my friend. Nightly after that brutal and unjustified murder. It's so unfortunate that frustrated people couldn't pause to see if some form of justice might have prevailed, and now I fear as your poem may allude to. That unbridled hatred, and anger is outpacing any human compassion in what is becoming a horrifying race to try and destroy any unity the people once wanted. For in War, what might have been something of peace and fellowship toward all, will be lost to all. As so much violence begets even more suffering, I pray that calmer minds will stop in consideration of all that's being burned away. ~But truly I confess that all this madness, very much makes me long to return to sea~
