Okay here, I am much more a fan of this one and you bring out the points here and I do really like this one. only chapter 5 really rubbed me the wrong way. You have some good things you bring up here. while I think the idea of a Christian Nation is profoundely selfish, unjust, and bullying even if Christianity were the true religion, I think you gave us a lot to think about throughout this dialog you've set up here and while I think the chatter in chapter 5 was extremely misguided, all in all I think that you've given me a very good story.
Also, FYI: There are very violent Christian groups who undertake the same sorts of terrorism that Moslems do and some of them are based within the United States, especially in the rockies in Idaho and Montana. Just to say that Christains are in no position to throw stones.

honestly, you largely lost me in this chapter unless you are going somewhere with this later. It for one, ignores that there have always been "Christianities" and not "Christianity" even from the beginning as even the Bible notes in nthings like the letters after the gospels and stuff. 2. the forcing the laws is something Jesus was opposed to and he did not want the Christian state himself. 3. There is no clear reason beyond some folk traditions in early imigrants that America is "blessed" in any special way. 4. you jump on a lot of weird conspiracy theories here, though some of your complaints about the poor public school performances in many places are very much something that bothers me and are topical though the worse performances tend to happen in states with Vouchers that allow public school money to be spent for vouchers to for-profit religious schools.
I also am not so sure how this wraps into what this story was running through and it seems a bit more of a rant than a natural follow-up to what has come before. but I'll keep reading because I'd like to see where you're going still.

some resolution, though for me the problem of evil and other issues brought up so far aren't solved but maybe you will offer more. You are however also continuing to add difficulties, which is good but we have some talk pushing in the other direction, which I also love seeing. I look forward to keeping up with this one.

I wasn't expecting you to pile on more difficulties in this chapter, but you do it wonderfully. Sometimes I think for Christianity's sake prayer shouldn't be manditory or brought into schools because you'll cause a lot of people to "fake it" and the Bible does have points where people like the Kings of Israel are held responsible when they do things that cause others to sin. I wasn't expecting that but loved the way you handled it, good going.

You don't seem like the person who would leave things here and I want to see how you get out of this. This is indeed some of the problem I have with Christianity myself and unlike some movies like "God Is Not Dead" you seem to be handling the arguments, even if you are going to tear them up next chapter fairly and with a good grasp of material. and how they work. I still have trouble grasping your narrative structure as something that would actually happen, but Plato's dialogs as well as most philosophers who write in that style don't really get you with realism either. so that's not a big deal. This work is really smart and I want to see where you bring this.

I'm wondering if this is really "complete" I would like to see more and have them react some way. The question at the end, while great, doesn't feel right after what you've put up so far and more needs to be here for that question to work. It surprised me to see it despite the name of the story as I don't see it entering as it does in a way I can grasp, though the question in itself is a good one to build a story around.
Also, I thought of this especially before I started reading of a great country song from the 90s you might want to look into. It is "What If Jesus Came Back like That?" by Collin Raye. It doesn't relate as well as I thought it would with what I'm reading here but you still have something to go with here but I'd love to see it expanded on. I don't think there is enough here right now or that it needs to be conveyed some other way.
