OMG! This is such a neat storyline. I love how all the names you chose sound all elegant and all. But, the story needs a bit more elaboration for each day. Other than that, I look foward to reading the rest.

It's got good structure so it's rather easy to read. You don't have to struggle from one paragraph to the next. Yet, you wrote a lot in those paragraphs, and it did not bog down the story in any way. Interesting story and concept as well. Good work there.
Being in journal form, I realize there won't be as much in depth explanationns and descriptions. Still, I felt that certain things were introduced and then discarded in a quick manner. Things such as fairies bestowing gifts, and certain prophecies. Perhaps you could have wrote Liana explaining certain things like that. But that's just my opinion.
