Hey-
Not a bad poem, I liked it until the last stanza. Being deaf isn't horrible, most see it as a blessing, as peaceful. There is defianately discrimination though, and I like how you addressed that.

Indeed good poem! I admit i myself being profound deaf. some make fun of me and my deaf friends for being deaf. But being deaf isn't not bad for me. there are some postive things about being deaf.yes, i'm serious, well your poem was almost same to my life. Good work!

oh wow...this is a sad-emotional-type poem. I enjoyed it greatly, and I feel really bad for the kid. You portrayed everything perfectly. Wonderful job.
