Heather, just wanted to let you know I appreciate you reading and reviewing my story, many thanks.
As for your own here, I'll have to say that I was definitely intrigued. I'm also writing a story about two detectives, so "Perception" hit close to home. Nice storyline, good character development; my only complaint is that everything seemed just a little too fast (especially when Tess figured out who the murderers were). Maybe splitting things into chapters might help, just a suggestion.
All in all, a good all-around story. I'd be interested if you were to continue Tess and Malone's adventures, or any detective story for that matter. Keep it up!
