everybody gets depressed... you just have to be strong enough to find a way out of it... Be sickenly optimistic and you'll start to believe it... I've been down the cutting road before, believe me... It's soooo hard to stop, but if you can find a positive habit to replace it with, all the more power to you... best wishes,
