The plot bunny strikes? okay...
For some reason, I was drawn to this story... I think it's because the idea of God making a few observations about Humans would be funny.
If God were really like that, I think I might like him a little better, but anyway.
I think you could have definately drew this out into a longer story complete with natural disasters and everything. But, since you didn't, it ended okay the way it is.
I don't see any horrendous spelling mistakes like in my own work, but this is a lot shorter and a hell of a lot easier to read repeatedly. I'm not sure if I should be surprised that Rachael cursed in front of God or not. Or, really, that he didn't seem disturbed by it.

I like it quite a bit - amusing - despite the cliché appearance of the girl, Rachael. Ah, well, it happens. Oh, and another thing: with the names, you forgot Yahweh. That's a pretty major one in the bible, though I cannot remember where it is. Damn.
Overall, I was quite tickled by the casual nature of God throughout.
