OK...Just two things :

First your poem is quite good. I'm not a fan of love poems but hey, this one is well written especially for someone who does not speaks french...I do some poetry myself (politic poetry !) and I tried to write in English, but ARGH ! too difficult...

Second, as you may have guessed by reading the text above, I'm not English, I'm French. I regret to tell you this but there are some (very little !) grammer mistakes in your text. If you don't mind, I'll give you a "corrected" version here :

Tu est la belle de la belle, crème de la crème

Je t'aime autant que la vie elle-même

Si je peux, je t'embrasserai jusqu'a tu sois fatiguée

Je ne peux pas trouver une fille comme toi, j'ai essayé

Quand j'étais déprimé, je pensais seulement à toi

Et j'étais heureux, n'importe le jour ou le soir

J'ai besoin de toi tous le temps parce que tu es

Mon amour, ma chérie, une fille avec toutes les qualités

Je ne peux pas vivre sans toi, je mourrais instantanément

Si je dis " Je ne t'aime pas ", tu saurais que je ments

Tu sais que je te manque, je t'aime et je t'adore

Tu es mon rêve, ma blonde, et mon coeur.

Well that's it. But still your hability at French seems pretty good (greater than mine at English anyway...) so congratulations !
