Oi, boy oh boy can I relate... well, If I get the meaning down, then I can. Dancing with a guy and we're both so wound up in each other and the music and we're not even thinking about the day after- when we know we won't talk to each other, just glance each other's ways. Hmm... doubt my interpretation is wrong, but nonetheless, awesome poem!
