This story has been something else entirely than what I'm used to writing, and not just because Dorcia isn't in it. It's because this is the first story I've ever written that has a moral in it.
That's right, folks...
So, did you learn anything? If so, what?
It would be the highest compliment to know that my readers got something more than just entertainment (not that entertainment's bad! I love entertainment!). And emotional response is good too.
So before you leave this story and go do something else, please think about Brian, and the long way he's come, and what his lesson has taught you.
And I sure as hell hope I wrote it well enough that people can tell what the moral was! -_-;;
