I look up

To see the days transparent blue

But the clouds are in the way

And I am unable to see through.

Where did the sky go?

I look down

To see the grass of green

But there is only dirt

And greenery cannot be seen.

Where did the plants go?

I look ahead

To see some hope

But only there is gloom

And suddenly I am unable to cope.

Where did the hope go?
