When I saw you again

~When I looked for you where we where supposed to meet

When I first saw your face

I felt the strength come into my deadened feet

I fell the tears burning behind my aching eyes

My mind went to the place

When our eyes first took in each other's size

The strings that bound my heart together snapped in two

Then suddenly, in an instant I knew~

~Chorus When I saw you again

I felt life flow through my veins

I felt like my energy knew no bounds

I felt my body come back to land where happiness reins

I suddenly couldn't hear any sounds

All I knew was to run to meet your embrace

All I could see was your laughing face

That all happened when I saw you again.~

~I remember when we said good-bye last time

We didn't know it'd be for so long

Now deep in my heart I find

That long awaited song

That I wrote for this moment

Now I know what I think I meant

When I said When I saw you Again~

Repeat Chorus

~Instantly I knew that I haven't been alive at all I've been almost dead I've been hiding behind a wall But when I said~
Repeat Chorus twice

~I miss your laughter

Your smiling lips

But after time and time after

My memory slips

Now it feel all that time is gone

I've just told you so in this song~

Repeat Chorus

~I missed you so badly

That almost forgot what I missed

I've been grieved so sadly

I've lost the meaning of sadness

I've longed to see you so extremely

Now I feel so blessed

To se you familiarities~

Repeat Chorus three times fading each time getting softer

~I'm glad to see you again Lauren

Your face is almost to die for~

This was written for a friend named Lauren after I was banned from every seeing or talking to her. And I dreamt night and day about seeing her again, and so this song was bron. Yes, it's supposed to be a song but, I think it counts as poetry. Kind of weird sounding I know, but oh well. And if the first part of story doesn't sound sad here's the ending. I can see Lauren again, only because we go to the same school. And she never saw this, never.
