Mel was a 13-year-old girl who attended an all girls' school and Mel had no social life. She had the beginning of a true relationship, but her whole family mocked it. His name was Sean and technically she had never met him. Her friend Sharon had introduced them and being in his possession, he accepted. The thing about this whole budding relationship was that Sean was the King of his people. The group was known as the court. The people of the court were warriors. The people also needed a queen. Sharon had been the previous queen but had dumped Sean and went for Ben, the commander. As the people were left without the touch of a queen, Sean graciously accepted Sharon's offer of a new Queen, Mel. Mel was psyched. A boyfriend of sorts. She was told that he was tall and had brown hair and brown eyes. Mel had yet to meet him and that meeting was delayed. The people were in war and Mel was being watched without her knowledge. All she could think about was him. At school she never paid attention to the lesson and at home she just sat in her room and dreamed.
