So why am I taking Eight of Nine down? I'm trying to get it published. Yes, I finally gave in and am beginning to edit it and send it off to publishers. Because of this, I will have to take it down to increase my chances of getting it published.

Of course, this doesn't mean it will be gone forever. I may post the chapters from time to time, edited, to get some constructive criticism from readers, as my agent has told me this is my best course of action (he's an odd duck, but what can you do?).

If anyone would like to find out anything about the story, I would suggest joining the Yahoo! Group I have linked on my profile. I tend to ramble on about inane things, but there's usually something about my stories in there somewhere :)
