An: Originally, I wrote this poem for some math extra credit, but I also had fun writing it after learning/writing sonnets for English. So, please read and enjoy!

Here¡¯s a lovely sonnet to Pi, my darling, ^_^ ***Sorry for the weird markings in the beginning, and the 2nd to last line. I don¡¯t know why they show up, so please excuse the inconvenience!***

Oh, Pi!

¡®Tis melodic music and cherished love

And much more grander things. The limitless

End of numbers shine a heavenly dove

Flying loftily. These numbers possess

Extravagant powers to ease the mind

Of pain; thus, no grimace shall dare to pass,

Or torture of unrefined humankind

Will pay. Its beauty, indeed, long surpass

Those called supermodels. And, it connotes

Wondrous visions of mouth-watering foods.

Oh, majestic pi, oh!, what lovely notes

Your numbers emit endlessly deludes

For 3 poin (¡¦)

Boundlessly ticks, both lovely and conflicts.
