The people all knelt down and prayed.
The disc fell somewhere near the bay.
All fingers pointed in that way.
Curious, they all began to run.
The hunt for (the) thing had just begun!
Someone found it, it soon got crowdy.
People started getting rowdy.
It soon got hard to stand with poise.
I needed muffs to bear the noise.
Then all was quiet, nothing stirred.
No one tried to say a word.
A creature had just come out, see!
And it was heading straight for... ME!
Someone screamed. (My, what a shout!)
People running all about!
My eyesight was getting kinda hazy.
It was enough to drive you crazy.
The creature soon came near.
My legs began to shake with fear.
I saw the giant head and jaws.
The creature caught me in its paws.
The paws, they felt so soft and furry.
They almost told me not to worry.
I took a nap. (My, it was sound!)
Then I woke up on the ground.
I realized I was in bed,
When something soft brushed on my head.
The kind alien had brought me to my room.
I was thanking him when I heard BOOM!

We had to get out fast and quick!

The mammal gave us quite a scare!

This tour of ours soon ended.
