A/N: before you read anything I'd just like to say how exactly you work this particular chapter. There are different ways you can read it…
a. read it as you would a normal poem – and you'll get the contrast.
b. read the non italicized phrases O
NLY but include the very very very last italicized line.
c. make sure you don't read ONLY the italicized, my ingenuity can only go so far.

I'd like to run away
From you,
But if you didn't come and find me…
I would die
~ Shirley Bassey

Extended Lufians – Chapter 7: Victim

This night, this day, this twilight

I love you

Recite your sins within my eyes

I'll still love you

And sew your apologies in this barren ground

I'll savour your every word

Your power, our look, your kiss

I breathe

Deepens my grave with its addictive impact

My longing for our next moment

Its sweet sweet impact

That addictive impact

Dreaming of liberty leaves me shattered

I'd die without you

For my reality was born of the unforgiving

My heart would drown my days

And as beautiful as the distance looks

Your beauty will never fade

Your effect will never fade

Right ok, decided to experiment a little with this quote, go with the whole contrast. I'll be interested to see what certain reviewers have to say, 'twill be intriguing. I'd also like to apologise for the disgustingly late update, I'm disgusting, I know. Ok, more about the poem, the lines not italicized are the part of the person that realises the relationship isn't good for them and they want to let go…you might see a slight progression of realisation. The italicized sentences are basically just how much the persons loves their partner…the other side. You can really look into it as much as you like, I left it open for interpretation; apply to it what you like! Thankyou for reading and thanks to all who review/reviewed! Muchly appreciated.
