It was not easy being Justin Timberlake at times. Popular and being the captain of the basketball team wasn't all that it was cracked up to be. Everyone thought he has "the easy life," but since he was a senior, it was harder than you think. The homework was the worse part, especially with the snotty teacher, who everyone hated. Mr. Chasez, his Advanced English teacher, was such a dick, he was always trying to make everyone's life miserable. He acted as if he cared when in reality he didn't. Justin just hated that bastard with a passion. He failed him just because he didn't turn in one damn assignment. Could he really do that? Justin walked into class with his crew, which consisted of Britney, Christina, Jessica, Nick, Lance, and Drew, they were known as the 'popular kids.' All of them went to the back of the classroom, wanting to be as far away from the conniving man as possible. They all knew Justin was gay, but they didn't have a problem with that. Justin was so glad he told them all they said was "that's it?" because he had been stressing about telling them this for a while now. It was a part on who he was and who he was going to be for the rest of his life.

For the past couple days, Mr. Chasez was giving Justin the creeps. He would look in his direction and smile at him. It wasn't a regular smile, but it was more a questionable smile. More of a smirk that made me wonder in curiosity as to what was going on in that head of his . Nick and Britney just laughed at him, but he just raised an eyebrow at them, curiously.

"What? What's so funny?" he asked, turning to look at his laughing friends.

"Mr. Chasez is totally eye-balling you," Nick said in a whisper, so just the seven of them could hear.

"No, he isn't. My God, that's just sick and twisted, Nick!" Justin said as he rolled his eyes.

"Mr. Timberlake, is there a problem?" Mr. Chasez asked, looking over at Justin.

"No, sir, sorry," he replied as he looked at Mr. Chasez, and looked down at his paper with a sigh. Justin's friends chuckled, and Justin just shook his head. "You evil bastards!" he smirked as Justin listened to Mr. Chasez teach the class about MacBeth and Julius Caesar in what ways they were similar.

"Um, Justin, can I see you after class?" Mr. Chasez asked as he took a seat at the computer, and put in the grades of his students. Justin just nodded his head as his friends laughed at him. Justin flicked them off, shaking his head, laughing, and they just raised their hands in defense. They could be so stupid at times.

"You guys need help, I swear it." The bell for next period rang, next period Justin had a free period, as did Mr. Chasez. He just graded papers or put grades in the computer during that free time. Justin grabbed his books as everyone exited the classroom, which left Justin alone with Mr. Chasez. Justin then walked up to Mr. Chasez with a sigh. "You wanted to see me?" he asked, looking uncertain at his teacher, who was sitting in a rolling chair.

"Yes, I did," Mr. Chasez replied, standing up, "I've noticed that you really don't understand MacBeth and I want to help you," he said softly.

"Uh, sure." Justin was feeling really nervous all of a sudden. He didn't even know why. He felt his heart beating in his chest and his palms were beginning to form beads of sweat as well as on his forehead. He didn't know what was up with him and he was feeling a little strange right now. Justin was surprised at Mr. Chasez's benevolent actions. "Can you come to my classroom after school today?" Mr. Chasez asked as he looked at Justin.

"Yeah sure but I uh, got to get to class, Mr. Chasez," Mr. Chasez just nodded his head, watching Justin leave. He couldn't help himself but stare at his butt as he left the classroom. He had never felt this way about any of his students before and it was starting to worry him.

~~~~~~~~~~ His friends were already seated at their lunch table, while Justin stood patiently in the lunch line. Second by second, the line moved slowly, and when Justin finally got to the lunch ladies, someone cut in front of him. It was Mr. Chasez. Justin let out an aggravated sigh and glared at the back of Mr. Chasez's head, making him turn around.
"Excuse me?" he asked, looking at Justin innocently as if he didn't do anything. Mr. Chasez purposely did that to get Justin's attention, but Justin didn't know that.
"Did you have to cut the line like that?" Justin said almost snottily. He was getting tired of his teacher's rudeness, especially when he's being nice one minute and the next he's back to his old self. Sure, Justin was being just as rude, but he thought childishly, "He started it."
"Mr. Timberlake, don't be impolite to me. I'm your teacher, I can easily write you up for that," he said. He couldn't let his feeling show, so he had to be this mean to him. Sometimes, though, he couldn't help but be nice to this wonderful kid.
"You started it!" he said defensively. He didn't care if it sounded immature, all he cared about was standing up to his mean teacher.
Mr. Chasez couldn't believe this. Inside he wanted to laugh, because he knew he was being a dick, but in actuality, Justin shouldn't have talked back to him. He couldn't help it though, Justin was so cute when he was annoyed.
Justin pushed past his teacher when he got his food. He paid for his meal and sat with his friends. He was so god damn annoyed at that idiot of a teacher. Mr. Chasez paid for his food as well, and followed Justin to his table. He stopped in front of Justin, put his food tray to the side, and pulled out a white slip. He leaned over so he could write out the detention slip. He quickly jotted Justin's name down and the reasons why he had to serve this detention.
Justin glared at him. He was amazed at this guy. First, he wants to help him with homework and then he was cutting him in the lunch line and giving him a detention.
"After school tomorrow with me," He said, ripping off Justin's part of the sheet, placing it in front of him, and put his own half in his bag.
Justin looked down at the sheet angrily and then looked up at JC's retreating form in disbelief, "Fucking unbelievable." His friends looked at him sympathetically, knowing how unfair Mr. Chasez was, especially to Justin.
Mr. Chasez walked away with a small smirk on his face, he couldn't wait until his session with Justin today and the detention tomorrow.
