JC sat at the edge of his desk, reading from the literature textbook. Meanwhile, Justin, who was in his class, slouched in his chair, staring at JC with a smirk on his face. He turned to Lance, who was beside him with that same smirk on his face. He kicked Lance's shin, causing him to groan.

"What the fuck, Justin?" he whispered harshly as he looked up from his textbook, glaring at Justin.

Justin just kicked him again and then laughed, "I just love to annoy you, Lancey."

"I'm trying to learn," he shook his head and then looked up at their teacher. He knew he could hear the two of them and was, for the time being, ignoring them.

"I'm not." Justin knew that he could get extra help from JC later. He really wasn't in the mood to pay attention. Justin watched Lance scribble something in his notebook. He ripped the paper out of his notebook and handed it to Lance.

The note read: Mr. C is not my boyfriend. I can't get the extra help when I want it ;) PS you can take that how you want to. Lance

Justin pouted and then ripped the paper up, leaving no evidence of the note with the information about his boyfriend, Mr. Chasez. He didn't want to get him into trouble, but he was in the mood to get in trouble himself.

He knew JC was peeved at his talking while he was reading and explaining the text.

This time, Justin slapped Lance's arm to get his attention, but he just ignored him. He tapped him again, but still was being ignore. He figured he'd get in trouble himself.

"When Whitman says," JC started to say, but then was interrupted by Justin.

"I've gotta pee, Mr. Chasez!" he exclaimed, sitting on his legs, leaning closer. He was in the first row all the way to the left, second seat.

"Raise your hand, Justin," he trailed off, glaring at Justin, letting out a tense breath he had been holding for over ten minutes. He was getting angry with him.

Justin raised his hand, "Can I go now?" he whined.

"No, Justin." He shook his head and started to read again when he thought Justin was gonna be quiet for good.

"Come on, Mr. C, I'm gonna pee in my pants," Justin moved his legs and started to jiggling them up and down.

"No is no, Mr. Timberlake," he sighed, looking down at his teacher's textbook. He didn't understand why Justin was being so challenging, today. Justin stifled a small groan that came from his mouth, he was aroused by being called Mr. Timberlake by JC, but he wouldn't let that show just yet.

"You can't just restrict my rights on going to the bathroom!" he practically yelled as he stood up. The whole class was staring at him with wide eyes and Mr. Chasez's mouth was gaped open. He couldn't believe Justin would be this rude to him, especially since they were together.

"I am the teacher, Mr. Timberlake," he said sternly standing up, looking at Justin who had this hint of playfulness in his eyes.

"And I am the student," Justin stamped his foot childishly, waiting to see what he would do.

"No and that's final," JC reprimanded, giving Justin a disappointed look.

Justin began to sit down, looking dejected for a second and then he stood up and walked out of the room nonchalantly.

JC grumbled under his breath, just letting him leave. Maybe that would stop Justin from acting up.

A few minutes later Justin came back with a smug look on his face as he sat back in his chair. JC glared at him for a second, he was embarrassing the hell out of him.

Justin licked his lips at JC with a smirk planted on his lips as he rose his eye brows suggestively. JC then began to read again, but was disrupted by Justin singing. As he heard the bell, he let out a defeated sigh. JC watched the students leave one by one as he put his head down, not wanting this day to go on. His boyfriend had been so immature and he didn't understand it.

When he felt the class was empty, he lifted his face up, but he saw Justin was standing in front of his desk with a playful smile plastered on his face.

"Go to class, Justin," JC said sternly, standing up to his feet. JC didn't understand Justin. He'd be all sweet when it was the two of them but when he was teaching, he'd embarrass the hell out of him.

"Do I have to?" Justin asked with a pout, looking at him.

"Yes, you expected me to kiss you and shit? I don't think so Justin. You acted so immature like you were in middle school! You need to grow up," JC said as he stood up.

Justin looked at JC with tears, letting out a sigh. He walked over to his desk and put his English book in his book bag.

"God damnit, baby, I'm sorry I had to say it like that but you are being really immature today," JC sighed as he walked over to Justin.

"I got to go. I'm going to be late for class," Justin threw his book bag over his shoulder and walked up the door. He knew JC was right but he felt bad at what he did. JC probably hated him right now.

JC sighed as he walked out the empty classroom, looking into the empty hallway. He just walked back into his class, waiting for lunch to arrive. Maybe he could talk to Justin then and he hoped things would be alright betweent he two of them.

Justin sat down at the table, where Nick, Jessica, and Lance were. He took a deep breath, taking a bite of his cheese pizza, along with some friends, and a Strawberry Passion Fruitopia drink.

"Justin, are you all right?" Jessica asked, looking concerned. They had all been worried about Justin because he was too quiet and not being his normal self since Mr. Chasez's class.

"Yeah, I am fine for like the thousand time you've guys asked me!" Justin rolled his eyes as he looked down at his pizza.

Justin looked at his friends and turned around since they were looking behind him. As he saw what they were looking at, he rolled his eyes, turning his head around.

"Justin, we need to talk."

"Go away, Mr. Chasez! I am eating my food and I don't need you bugging me while I am talking with my friends," he muttered under his breath.

"Justin, I need to tell you something!"

"I don't fucking care!" Justin said rising to his feet, "Just fuck off!"

Justin grabbed his messenger bag and his drink, walking away, with his bag over his shoulder. He didn't want to talk to anyone today. He just felt like everything was crashing on him. As he walked in the empty bathroom, he walked to the mirror, tears falling down his face.

"Yeah, be a baby, Justin. Just cry and don't be tough," he said to himself as he dropped his bag by his feet, putting his drink on top of his bag. He turned on the warm water, washing his tears away. As he looked in the mirror, he saw JC standing behind him with sad eyes.

"Baby, were you crying?" JC asked as he put his hand on his back, rubbing it slightly.

"No! Don't fucking touch me!" Justin snapped as he walked to the paper towel dispenser, getting some paper towels as he dried his wet face.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" JC asked, not looking happy one bit.

"JC, just leave me alone!" Justin sighed as he grabbed his stuff, running out, hearing the bell. He had one more period and that was study hall. He couldn't wait for this day to end.

-

"Lance, what's with Justin?" Christina asked as she looked a sleeping Justin, who's face was stained with tears. He had been all mean to everyone but Lance and Jessica. Everyone was really worried about Justin.

"Don't you guys remember what today is? I just remembered in third period," Lance whispered to them.

"Three years ago, Justin's baby brother, Ryan died," Lance said with a sad sigh. He couldn't believe they forgot.

"Oh shit," Christina let out a soft sigh, feeling bad, "I can't believe I didn't remember."

"I totally forgot to," Drew, Nick's brother, replied as he looked at them.

"Let's just leave him alone. If he wants to talk, then he will talk," Lance said as he saw a stirring Justin at the table.

"We will but from the looks of things, Mr. Chasez won't since he is so worried..."

"Yeah..."

Justin lifted his face up, looking at the clock as the bell rang. As everyone boarded out the class, he stood up from his desk, yawning a little. He grabbed his bag and headed towards the door. As he was about to walk out the door, in walked JC. JC shut the door behind him, closing the blinds, and locking the door.

"What the hell are you doing?" Justin snapped, getting obviously upset. He was getting so sick of JC right now and he didn't want to talk to anyone but sleep.

"I want to talk to you. I am so worried about you but you keep walking away from me. I want to know what's wrong with you?" JC asked, looking very concerned. He didn't know why Justin wasn't confiding into him.

Justin sighed as he leaned against the wall, tears falling from the corners of his eyes. He felt like it was all his fault. He looked down as he began to speak.

"I better tell you because this is a day I do get depressed... three years ago, to this exact date, my little brother, Ryan, was riding his bike to his friend's house just down the block, and he wasn't paying attention to where he was going. He, by accident stopped in the middle of the road when a car was speeding down the road. He stopped like a dear in head lights and it hit him. H-He died on impact. I'm just thankful that he didn't have to suffer, I mean, for God's sakes, he was only 7," he said as tears fell down his face.

JC looked at Justin with sad eyes. No wonder he was so mean to him this morning and depressed at this moment. He had no idea what pain he had been in. He was glad that he told him, though.

"Oh baby, I'm sorry..." JC sighed as he wiped his tears away.

"It's all my fault. I should have been there with him that night. I was supposed to baby-sit him, but I sent him off to his friend's house instead," he sighed as he fell to his knees in sobs, the tears unstoppable. JC got on his knees too, wiping Justin's tears away, wishing he could take his pain away.

"Baby, no it isn't. Don't say that," JC sighed as he kissed his forehead, "Why don't you let me take you home?"

"All right, I don't think I am in any condition to drive anyway..." Justin said under his breath.

JC helped Justin up to his feet, sighing. He hated seeing his boyfriend in such misery. He unlocked the door and JC led him to his car so he could comfort Justin more when they got home. He just felt so bad about how he treated Justin before, especially since he now knew the reason as to why he acted the way he did.
