Standing on the beach,
Wind blowing through my hair,
Sand in between my toes,
Waves blanketing my feet.
Listen to the water,
Connecting with the land.
Such a peaceful place to be,
Wish I could stay here forever.
Shells and small pebbles,
Lay scattered on the ground,
Each different from the next.
Stare out to the ocean,
Deep and blue.
Think of what is out there,
Dream of all the things.
Sharks and dolphins,
Turtles and fish,
Plants and sand,
An endless supply.
If you step into the ocean,
You're no longer in our world.
You've stepped into their kingdom,
Where they have all the control.
So don't swim around,
Damaging their home.
Respect what it is,
An underwater dreamworld.
