JJ: Ok, listen, we need to talk.
JJ: I know that we've been having lately, and I think
it's because of our lack of communication.
JJ: I know, I know, and I'm not just blaming this on you, it's my fault
JJ: No, it's not that, I just feel.I feel like there's a wall between us,
and every time we want to talk we have to SHOUT REALLY LOUD LIKE THIS TO-
what's that?
JJ: Oh, sorry didn't mean to hurt your ears. I didn't know they were so
sensitive. Maybe you should go get them checked out. No? Alright, your
hearing aide anyways, I feel like we have to shout and words
get a little jumbled up or misheard along the way, like I can't always hear
you when you speak to me. Sometimes it seems like your just a dumb,
inanimate rock rather than my best friend.
JJ: No, I'm not saying you're a dumb rock-
JJ: Now just calm down! I will send you to the pebble factory, mark my
words I have no problem giving you up for the sake of playground fill in!
JJ: Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. I don't know what came over me.
Don't get upset now, I would never do that to you, it'd be like tearing my
own arm off, I-I love you.
JJ: Really? You mean that? Oh, Rock, how could I ever live without you?
JJ: Well, I suppose I could but that's not the point. What were we talking
about again? Oh yes, communication. Maybe if you just spoke a little louder
sometimes, I could hear you better.
JJ: Well, try a little louder than that, it's like if I'm not concentrating
on you I can't hear your voice.
JJ: Now, I didn't mean it that way, and you know it! Really, Rock,
sometimes I could mistake you for a pregnant women with all these mood
JJ: Yes, I know rocks can't have babies, it was a simile, I'm not stupid.
JJ: Now who's the one name calling?!
JJ: Oh yeah? Well you' 're no better than an average backyard stone!
JJ: Don't try that crying act on me, rocks don't have tears! And even if
they did, it's not like you could ever be hurt, hearted rock!
