Someone you've never seen, yet you've seen their minds true form?

I know that I'm lucky enough just to have heard of her passing, but is a goodbye to much to ask?
I may have never seen met or touched this individual, but I feel we were nonetheless an important part of each others lives.
she helped me through some tough decisions and if the situation was different I know she'd be the one I'd be going to.
