That others may not see,
'Tis hollow till the end of days,
And willingly set free.
I can see it in your eyes,
And in your heart to match,
The poison is still setting in,
It's touch an ice-cold scratch.
It prefers to be in solitude,
The look admired by none,
Everyone just turns away,
T'was never touched by sun.
Once pure had it been seen,
Attracting fireflies,
But soon turned dark in dead of night,
It longs for your demise.
Within the murky depths I saw,
The swirling torrents cease,
And still intentions are unknown,
A beauty or a beast?
Its face appears so deathly pale,
Like moonlight on a knife,
You cannot run, for don't you see?
It lives within your life.

A/N: Again, written in school. I was wearing black nail varnish today, and
was thinking about the colour for some strange reason. The last line was
kind of referring to death more than the colour black, because from the
moment you are born you begin to die, which is quite creepy if you think
about it. Hope you guys liked it! Please Read+Review.
