7CHAPTER 3
"Man, I am bushed!" Masa complained while opening the door to his and Ade's apartment.
"Work was crazy this Friday, but then again when is it not crazy on a Friday?" * Huh?
Why is it so quiet? Usually by now Ade would of pounced on me...* Masa thought while
examining the living room and heading toward the kitchen.
Something on the refrigerator caught his eye. Moving closer to examine it he found a
piece of paper stuck to the refrigerator. Picking it off he looked and found it was a note from Ade-chan. Taking the note off of the refrigerator, he read out loud:
" Heya Masa!
Look, I have gone to Konichi's house; school project and he is my partner.
I might sleep over, but I'm not sure. As soon as I know I will call to tell you, so don't worry, ok?
By the way, someone called asking about you.
His name was Maku, and he said something about a "fuck and leave" job or something. I don't
remember because I was in a hurry to go to school; woke up late and last night had the dream that I have been seeing every night this past week. I will talk to you about it when I see you, ok? I left some food for you in the refrigerator, so don't you dare try to cook anything since you might end up burning the kitchen again."
At that statement, Masa went as red as a tomato on the face. "Sheesh! It only happened once. Does he always have to bring it up?" he mumbled to himself.
"Ok now, be careful with the microwave when you make popcorn, ok? Remember, it's only 3 minutes not 30, ok? We do not want the new microwave to blow up before we even get a good chance to use it. I know what you are thinking, "must he always have to bring these
stupid incidences up all the time, it only happened once!" I am just worried about you. Who cares about the kitchen. Just don't kill yourself, ok?

P.S. NO SEX while I am at Konichi's, GOT IT!? And don't think you can
fool me. After all, you don't know how to use the washing machine either need I remind you. So I will find out if you did do it one way or another and you know I will."
"Sheesh! Man, Ade-chan, can you possibly sound anymore mother-like?" Masa stated out loud to himself while opening the refrigerator to take a drink out.
"I think he sounds cute!" came a voice out of nowhere. Masa spit the drink out of his mouth from the sheer surprise of hearing the mysterious voice.
Masa turned around just in time to see that he was not alone as he had previously
concluded in his brain; it seemed that today was getting worse for him, and with that thought running through his head, Masa stared straight at the intruder in his apartment.
Ade-chan, on the other hand, seemed to be walking on the opposite side of the neighborhood toward Konichis house, accompanied by none other than Konichi himself and talking up a storm.
"So Ade-chan," Konichi started to talk taking the opportune moment when Ade seemed to be
out of breath and unable to talk.
"You do know that you are wearing a pink bow in your hair, right?" He asked while eyeing the bow warily.
"Yeah! of course I know, Nichi. It looks cute on me! That's why I put it on!" Ade beamed with a big smile on his face.
A few moments passed in a comfortable silence after Ades comment.
"Konichi. Are you positive your parents won't mind me coming over unannounced?" Ade asked with a worried voice.
"Yes." he responded while sticking his hands into his jean pockets.
A moment passed and everything was quiet, including Ade-chan. It was a very beautiful spring day with the birds singing and the sakura trees in bloom. Ade was admiring the beautiful sakura petals as they blew across his face and also into Konichi's, in turn causing some of Konichis green bangs to fall in his eyes.
Taking a hand out of his jean pocket, Konichi brushed the bangs back with Ade-chan
observing all of this. That's when he noticed them; clear blue eyes that he had never in his
life seen before.
"WOW!" Ade-chan exclaimed as he stopped walking in favor to getting closer to Konichis
face.
"What?" Konichi asked, looking a bit uncomfortable with the gaze and the close proximity
that Ade-chan seemed to have unkowningly caused. Trying to back up a bit didn't seem to work.
For every step he took back Ade took one forward as well so that he was backed up
against the side walk wall.
"Amazing!" Ade said yet again in wonder while getting closer to him, in turn causing
Konichi to back up against the wall.
"What?!" Konichi all but whispered in a frightened voice.
Getting closer to him yet again, so close that when Ade uttered the words "Your eyes..." his lips were an inch from Konichis. His breath, on the other hand, went lightly over Konichis soft, partly opened lips, and Konichi unknowingly shivered.
"What? What about my eyes?" Konichi whispered quietly, while getting lost in Ade's
mysterious turquoise eyes that shone brightly with life.
"They are so beautiful, deep blue..." Ade whispered yet again, causing Konichi to shiver
from the tingling sensation that Ades breath seem to cause. After a few seconds of gazing into Konichi's eyes. "They are blue just like my hair. I like em!" he exclaimed before
backing up away from Konichi and turning back to watching the beautiful sakura trees, leaving
Konichi in a dazed state.
After composing himself Konichi noticed the lack of noise and loud talking so he turned to face Ade only to notice that Ade seemed to have gone rigid and was not moving.
Concerned he called Ade's name a few times before going over to examine him, taking a
closer look. While poking and proding Ade, he noticed something odd in one of Ades shiny
silver buttons; his eyes were red, blood red.
That explained Ade's odd behavior. After a lot of maneuvering he finally
picked up Ade-chan's frigid body bridal-style and headed towards Konichis house. If you looked closely his eyes, which had become blood red, seemed to start fading back to the beautiful deep blue that Ade seemed to love.
A quick walk, and Konichi arived at his front door step with Ade in his arms.
Meanwhile with Masa.
"Um...Hi..." Masa said, a look of confusion marring his face. "How did you get in here?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Through the door." a smooth, silky voice laced with sweetness and some sprinkles of danger replied.
"Although that is a question most people dont ask, they usually ask as to who I am, not "how I got
in."
That remark caused Masas short temper to flare. "Ok, smart guy. Who are you?" he asked with a challenge to his voice.
"My name is of no importance to you," the silky voice responded yet again while he let a smirk graze his beautiful yet perfect full lips.
"What do ya mean 'My name is of no importance to you'!?" Masa responded with a mock voice.
"If its not important then why did you suggest I ask?"
"Because it's proper that's why." the silky voice responded.
"YOU ARE INFURIATING!" Masa yelled, "I MEAN FIRST YOU TELL ME TO ASK YOU YOUR NAME, NEXT
YOU TELL ME THAT YOUR NAME IS OF NO IMPORTANCE TO ME, and why am I yelling?"
"Because you see it fit to shout out your ideas, to be heard and to be always right and
to never be wrong, and also to prove me wrong, at least that's the way I see it." the smooth voice responded to Masa once again.
"I DO NOT!" Masa shouted once more.
All the mysterious visitor did was raise his eyebrow and smirk.
"Ok. Fine. You're right," Masa said, finally giving in. "Now erase that damn smirk off your face!"
"By the way, what is your name?" Masa asked seriously, at the same time unbuttoning his
silky green shirt and letting it drop off of his shoulders. So there he was, topless in an empty apartment with a cute guy sitting down on his sofa.
After a while Masa started to rummage through the refrigerator for something to munch on.
With Masa having stuck his head in the refregerator all that could be seen of him was his behind that seemed to shake every once in a while. All the mysterious visitor did was watch with a mild amusement grazing his features. Minutes went by that passed in silence only to be broken by the new guy in Masa's apartament.
"Sukichi" the smooth voice stated in a low voice which boomed in the quiet apartment. It startled Masa, which caused him to jump and hit his head on the inside of the refrigerator. "DON'T SCARE ME LIKE THAT!" he bellowed while rubbing the back of the head with his hand.
"And here I thought that you wanted to know my name." the voice said in amusement.
"Huh? Yeah, of course I want to know your n-," Masa stopped what he was going to say when
a look of understanding dawned on his face. "Sukichi, that's your name?" He asked while coming out of the kitchen.
Looking Sukichi up and down he stated, "Well, I guess it suits you. I mean the name sounds pretty and you look pretty, so yeah I'd say it suits you." Masa said moreso to himself than to Sukichi.
"You think I am pretty?" Sukichi stated with an raised eyebrow and an icredulus look.
"Well yeah, I mean, have you ever looked at yourself in a mirror before?" Masa stated and
asked at the same time.
"Yes, every mornin', but I never thought of myself as pretty. I thought I was more of a
handsome type than pretty.."
"Yes, you are handsome but also pretty, in my eyes that is: a) you have beautiful violet
eyes, b) your black and red hair frames your face perfectly, c) I imagine that you have a hot
bod, but because you are sitting right now I can't tell.
"I dont know if I should be honored or afraid?" Sukichi said with a smirk planted on his sensual lips.
"You should be honored, I think." Masa said with a thoughtful look on his eyes, while
putting something in the microwave.
"If I may ask, what do you mean by 'I think'?" Sukichi asked.
"Well you see my best friend thinks that I flirt with anything with two legs, so to him if I haven't made a move on him/her than that's like a compliment so you go figure out if you wanna take it as a compliment or not."
"I'll take it as a compliment" Sukichi responded." "Although there is something else I came here for."
"Oh really," Masa asked while taking the food out of the microwave." "And what would that
be?"
"Something which you currently do not possess." Sukichi responded while brushing some
hair from his eyes.
"Whatever. You are very confusing, you know that?" Masa stated while coming out of the
kitchen.
"So were you gonna tell me, what is it? What do you mean by 'even though I don't currently have it'?"
"WHAT?! I forgot to tell you that? Dear me!" Sukichi said while putting his hand on his forehead.
"Funny, very funny," Masa mocked. "Now tell me!" He whined, while sitting next to
Sukichi on the sofa with his meal on a tray.
"What an honor. I really wanted you to come sit close to me with that concotion that you
made," Sukichi sarcasticaly responded while eyeing Masa's food warily.
"I know, isn't it?" Masa replied with a smirk on his face, after witnessing the look of disgust upon his new aquantence's face. "Tell me what you came here looking for,
or I'll sit here and chew with my mouth open," He threatened Sukichi, and just to prove he wasn't joking, he put a mouth full of his creation into his mouth and began to chew with an open mouth.
