AN: this is another one of the first poems I wrote about half a year ago, I
recently found it under my bed (another little treasure found under my bed
a.k.a. the miniature amazon jungle) read and review, but this is not some
of my best workings, Ive written better.
Enjoy!

Inner Thoughts

I'm sitting at my windowsill,
On the street below all is still,
There is no noise coming through my window,
I see nothing but the falling snow.

I see faces passing through my head.
Most of them long dead,
Living in my head as memories,
Always they're as looming trees.

I hold my breath.
I close my eyes.
I try to live without any lies.
Till my soul gives up to death.

The white stars are dancing,
Gracefully as they're falling,
A dance, different every time I see it,
Yet always as beautiful.

I see a little girl crying in the desert.
Her eyes are scared and full of hurt.
I want to hold her close and dry her tears.
She's too sad for a child that's only lived a few years.

I see the world in my mind.
I sail the heavens, leaving my world behind,
Listening to the seagull,
As it flies through the sky.
