Every Day
I walk and walk all day long
I hear the gravel growling under my feet,
As I walk along,
I see trees swishing back and forth
It looks like my hair blowing in the wind.
The cars are going past me as fast as can be,
They are going past me as fast as can be,
They are wild horses grazing by the sea shore.
I get to where I am going.
The day has begun.
I go to my locker and due the combination,
"Click, Click, Click" is its sound.
I go to my classes and learn.
The bell rings "ERRRRRRRR"
The day is ending as I walk home.
The gravel starts growling like a dog under my feet.
I do my homework,
While I turn the pages the sound it makes
Is like wrapping paper I am undoing.
I go to bed,
I wake up,
The day has started all over again.
