A/N: THIS STORY HAS BEEN REMOVED.

He licked me.

That's why I really began watching him. For days, on and off, I struggled not to watch him, but when he licked me... well, the struggling was over. I gave in, and I sat at my window and just watched, unaware of a puddle of drool forming on the sill.

He licked me.

... with his tongue.

And I liked it. I liked the fact that he licked me. What was wrong with me? I didn't even know the guy! I always thought he was just so innocent and different... but he proved me wrong by running his tongue along me, grinning devilishly all the while. His eyes never left mine the whole time he was doing his thing. I was too shocked to do anything. I just sat there, letting him lick me. I must have gave him the impression that I liked what he was doing.

Well... I did. But he didn't have to know that.

Where did he lick me? Well... my neck. That might not have seemed like a big deal, like it could have been somewhere else, eheh, but that was beside the point. The point was he licked me.

Okay. Let's start from the beginning...

"Who is that neighbor of yours?"

I glanced at Tracy, my best friend, who was staring out my window into my neighbor's window. Her elbows were rested on the sill while her long brown hair tumbled over her shoulders. Her head was cocked in a curious state while her green eyes were narrowed in concentration. She had a thing with spying on my neighbor.

"I don't know his name," I admitted irritably. I told her this every day because she asked every day. I never actually payed attention to my neighbors. I didn't like any of them, especially the ones across the street who had trapped my precious 1-2-3 under their deck and I had to get him out by bashing a hole in their deck, and then running like the wind away from the flying frying pans the wife began chucking at me. Confusing? Let me explain...

1-2-3 was my cat. I couldn't think of a perfect name, so 1-2-3 just had to do. He was the cutest thing that ever walked on four paws. However, he had the bad habit of wandering into the yard across the street, belonging to Mrs and Mr Casters. He'd always go in a hole under their deck and whenever Mr Casters saw this, he'd get a board and nail it over the hole. The jerk. Then poor 1-2-3 would survive off rats until I heard him meowing pitifully. Poor kitty. Evil neighbors.

So, I basically hated all my neighbors. But for some reason, Tracy seemed very interested in this particular neighbor who she could see from my window.

"He's so... mmm..." she purred. I sighed and walked over to the window. I peered over her head. I could see right into someone's room. That someone just so happened to be a twenty-year-old guy. I didn't watch him that much. I couldn't even remember if he had brown or blond hair. Tracy would constantly tell me what he was doing. Apparently, he always listened to music on his headphones or was talking on his oh-so-expensive cell phone. Once, when she was sleeping over, she even reported to me that he had a girl in his room but he shut the blinds before she could see him naked. She cried that night.

She was obsessed with him. I'd never taken the time to watch him, maybe because I was not a stalker, unlike someone sitting at my window who I shall not name.

Also, I was afraid I'd become like her. Living at my window.

"There's no one there," I said dully as I squinted to see better. His room was rather plain. I didn't like it. It just had a bed and a dresser and headphones. Oh, and a TV in the corner. Wow, what an exciting guy.

"He'll come," Tracy insisted, "He's eating dinner now."

"How do you know? You can't see into the dining room, just his room."

"He was on his cell phone earlier. I think he was arguing with someone," Tracy said thoughtfully, putting a hand under her chin and resting on it, "He started repeating the same thing over and over again until he was yelling. I couldn't hear him until he was yelling."

"What was he yelling?"

" 'I have to fucking eat, you shit head — now stop bitching at me!' "

"Wow," I murmured sarcastically, "What a sweet, sweet man."

"He's so fun to watch," Tracy said in a sigh, "He's hot as hell and he's got drama."

"Drama. Wonderful."

"It's entertaining," Tracy chirped.

You could be wondering how long this had been going on... Tracy's obsession with my neighbor. Well, just recently, actually. A few months ago. Not that recently; but it hadn't been years.

The phone rang. I didn't need to run out of my room to get the cordless because I knew my mom would answer it. I walked over to my bed and laid down on it, feeling drained. Tracy began to ramble about how utterly hot this guy was while I just rolled my eyes. We were both sixteen. She should have been past the obsession stage years ago. Besides, what twenty-year-old would go for a sixteen-year-old stalker?

A knock at the door made Tracy shut up and me stop rolling my eyes.

"Tracy? Your mom called. She wants you home for dinner, you're having guests," my mother's voice broke through the door. Tracy looked at me in horror, then glanced at my neighbor's house longingly. She sighed, then got up off the chair she claimed as her "watching chair".

"Damn," she sighed. She looked up at me, looking ready to scream her head off in frustration. "I'll see you tomorrow, Kaela."

I raised an eyebrow. She came over to my house every day and just sat at my window, watching. Was I being used...?

"Yeah. See you."

She turned and left the room, closing the door after her. I walked over to the window and waited until I saw her walking down the street through the narrow gap between my house and my neighbor's. I saw her. She looked up at me, waved, then vanished behind the house. I looked away from the street and absently looked at my neighbor's window. The door opened, and in came Tracy's object of affection.

And I couldn't look away.

No! No no no no!

I stood at my window, staring at him. Tracy was right, he was delicious. Of course, I had seen him before, but I had never given him much thought. He had just been an evil neighbor. But now he was a hot evil neighbor, with an incredibly nicely lean yet toned body. His hair was brown and slightly spiked. I couldn't see the color of his eyes since he was too far away, but they looked dark.

Look away, Kaela! Look away!

My eyes were glued onto him. He made his way to his dresser and pulled out a black shirt. What was he doing?

I practically yelped when he took off his old shirt, which was white and hugged his frame, showing off his nice curves. My mouth literally fell open at the sight of him shirtless. My breath caught in my throat. My pulse quickened. What a nice body.

Sadly, he put on the black shirt. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a cell phone, then began dialing someone's number. He held the phone up to his ear and impatiently ran a hand through his spiked hair. I found myself wanting to touch his hair. More than his hair. I wanted to feel his skin; I wanted to taste his lips. I wanted his hands all over me.

He began saying something into the cell phone, looking irritated. After a short while of talking, he hung up and jammed the phone back into his pocket, then did a half turn so he was facing my window. I swallowed nervously, hoping he wouldn't look directly at his window and wouldn't see me standing there, staring at him. I quickly grabbed a cloth beside me that I had been using to wash my dresser off with and began to wipe my window. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him look at me. I fought desperately to keep my blush away, but the burning sensation won. I felt like I was going to spontaneously combust at any minute.

I moved the cloth to the center of the window and looked right at him. Our eyes locked. Thinking fast, I smiled at him and gave a short wave, pretending to just notice him. His left eyebrow slowly rose above the right, and I noticed that it was pierced.

I loved piercings.

I wanted to squeal.

He then turned away and walked over to his TV. I nervously bit my lip, hoping he wouldn't whirl around and find me still looking at him. He grabbed something off the top of the TV — his wallet, I assumed — then gave me a quick glance and left his room.

I dropped the cloth and backed away from the window, feeling horrified. No! I did not want to turn into Tracy! I did not want to live only to see my neighbor!

I saw him shirtless though. Heh heh.

And damn was that a fine body he had.

No! Nooo! Bad Kaela! Bad!

After I was done shunning myself, I sat on my bed and buried my head in my hands. I would never look out my window again. I would never look into his window ever, ever. I would not spy on him, no matter how great his hotness.

However... he just had to lick me.
