Brilliance of the Moon
Mirrored by the stars
In the celestial dance.

Pinpricks in the velvet
Scattered diamonds
The flowers of the Sky

Drowned out by the lamp light
Found'ring and lost
Cast into darkness

The orange-grey hue
Of the man-sullied cloud
Takes over the moon

The sharp ice edged wind
Rattling the branches
Of the trees below

Coldest of gales
With storm on her wing-tips
Makes mockery of light

But stars are eternal
And while the wind howls/passes
They wait, yet undimmed

The flowers of the sky
And Brilliance of the Moon
Will shine forevermore.

AN: yes, I've used a different rhyming scheme for once? How'd it go? ^_^
