Kalvin, dressed in a white collared and ruffled short sleeve men's shirt left untucked, a blue and white bead necklace, hip hugging flared jeans, and white leather slides, was sipping his drink, still being mysterious about his date.
"Come on, tell us," Evan, styled in a collared, dark blue, long sleeve shirt opened to the second button and tucked into tight, black, flared jeans and a pair of slid on black leather ankle high boots, begged. "You've been quite about it the whole time."
"You'll see soon enough," Kalvin replied, giving him an insufferable smile. "What are you doing here? I thought you didn't go to clubs because you don't date."
"Well, I happen to have a date tonight," Evan announced calmly.
"You what?" Dylan exclaimed loudly, clothed in a ruched, fitted, flare shaped one piece shorts suit in lime green with a very low cut scoopneck front and back, spaghetti straps, and three layers of ruffles ending midthigh cooridnated with lime green hardware, two band with side ankle straps slightly heeled sandals. His blond hair was down and in large crimps. "Since when did you start dating again?"
"Just today," Evan answered.
"Well, who's your date?" Kalvin demanded, looking around for possiblies.
"I am," Jason-Steve said and the three of them turned to see him standing there looking cute in a long sleeve, v-neck T-shirt in dark purple, relaxed fit blue jeans, and felt brown boots.
Kalvin and Dylan looked at one another in surprise.
Evan caught their look and said, "he agreed to help me get back into the swing of things on the dating scene, that's all. Nothing further."
"Wanna dance?" the whitelighter asked the dark haired witch.
"Sure," he said and stood up. "It's a good idea to get away from these suspicious minds."
"We are not!" Kalvin yelled after them as they moved onto the floor.
Dylan laughed delightedly. "It's good to see him dating again," he remarked. "It's been so long."
"Yeah, I know," Kalvin said and was just about to order another drink when he heard the voice of his date.
"I don't think you want to do that," Drew warned and Kalvin turned to see the tennis ace in a stylish, sleevless muscle shirt in yellow, a pair of loose khaki cargo pants, and white and yellow Nike sneakers standing a few feet away from him.
"Your date is Drew Gellar?" Dylan inquired and raised his eyebrows. "No wonder you wanted to surprise us all."
"Hi, Dylan, how are you doin'?" Drew asked, giving him a friendly smile.
"Okay," Dylan responded and looked at Kalvin meaninfully.
"So, did you wanna dance?" he asked of his date.
"Yeah, that'd be fun," Drew said and took Kalvin's hand, leading him onto the dance floor.
Dylan smiled to himself and returned to his drink.
"Now what is a beautiful thing like you doing sitting at the bar by yourself?" a voice questioned from behind him.
Dylan turned and gave the man a flirty grin. "Just waiting for a cute enough guy to ask me to dance," he replied, throwing back his blond hair.
"Well, I think you've found him," Bruce commented coquettishly.
"I concure," Dylan said, looking over Bruce. He wore an extremely tight black T-shirt accenting his muscled body, a sports jacket in dark green with matching pants and a pair of black, pointed toe loafers.
Bruce sat down next to him and kissed Dylan. "Did you take care of that demon?" he asked when he came up for breath.
"She's done vanquished," the blond answered.
"So you're free to do what you want for the rest of the night?"
"Why, yes, I do believe so."
"Good, this time I don't want to have to go home early."
"I don't want you to either."
"Want to dance?"
"I thought you'd never ask," Dylan said and Bruce hooked his arm in with his as the two headed out to dance with Kalvin, Drew, Evan, and Jason-Steve.
