Let them think my body has fallen off a cliff.
Small frame limp upon hard rock.
Let them think I was hit by a car.
Small frame limp upon hard pavement.
Let them think whatever they may.

Just for them to leave me alone.
Let them think I have died.
Let them think I have disappeared.
Just for them to leave me alone!

Twisted forked tongues that once
dripped with honey.
Now only venom being exhaled
with their every stinging accusation.

Let them think whatever they may.
Let them think I do not care.
Let them think I no longer exist.
Let them think anything!

Just as long as they leave me alone.
