Crimson Regret
Black clouded sky
The thunder harshly clashes and roars
The rain falls
Ice cold droplets starts to pour
The streets are deserted
No one is out anymore
Silent, dark filled with chilled air
Everyone has locked their door.
Darkness and Bleak
Shadows cast upon night
Solitude and mute
There is no longer a source of light
Yet there is one who still ventures
A figure hidden in a cloak of black
Travels with accuracy and speed
There is nothing he lacks
The storm is extreme
Rain falls violently and quick
The figure searches for a hiding place
He rushes to the one he has picked
The figure enters his safety place
He walks consistently with a slow pace
His dark cloak is soaked
As cold rain water runs down his black hair and onto his pale face
Life in the balance
The man of shadow grips his side
Pain and agony
Live or die?
Blood flows, dark and red
Drops of Crimson
Blood stained hands
Shadow filled air, black horizon
The figure drops to his knees
His skin is pale, ice cold lips.
He clenches his side, tight
The rain water and smeared blood drips
Not all hope is lost
There is another presence in this shadow
A life is near
The girl glances his way, walking to him slow
She walks closer with a slow pace
The girl becomes near
She is face to face with the man of shadow
His fast, loud breathing is all she could hear
The girl sees nothing but darkness
She walks closer in fear
The figure smirks, eyes flash blood red
He whispers, "Come closer, my dear."
The hunter smells his prey, his fangs out
He grabs her and digs his fangs into her neck, pain
Quenches his bloody thirst
Throws her corpse to the ground, her ice cold body is all that remains
The smell of blood is in the air
Now whom do you pity?
Nothing is what it seems
Now no one lurks the streets of this deserted city
Yet there is one who still ventures
A figure hidden in a cloak of black
Travels with accuracy and speed
There is nothing he lacks
The dark being is satisfied and healed
His twisted grin surfaces across his mouth
He lingers and hunts
Travelling for more, during night's light, moving about
Darkness has forever cast upon him
He continues his nightly sins, dark shadows' pet
Forever will he long for the taste of blood
Drowning in Crimson Regret
