A/N: This chapter has to do with Sara's recovery, but it's not a good thing. I hope you like. I'm adding something new to my chapters. It's really new to me so it may not be that good.

1 Month later

Sara wakes up & notices Tom's arms around her & smiles. Quietly she says, "He's so cute when he's sleeping." She walks into the bathroom & onto the scale. It reads 130. "God, I can't believe it."

"What can't you believe?"

Sara turns around & notices Tara in the doorway. "I didn't think anyone was even up at this hour."

"It's only 11:30 in the morning."

"Ya well I thought you didn't get up until 1 in the afternoon on Sundays?"

"I know, but I thought i'd get up & I couldn't sleep." She looks at her feet & then at Sara. "Um... You're looking good."

"Um... What do you mean?"

Tara looks at her. "I mean that you look better then you did before. You were getting too skinny."

"I guess I look better." She looks at herself in the mirror. "God. I've gotten fat."

Tara looks at her suprised. "No, you have not gotten fat. You've just gained a little weight. Wasn't that the plan?"

"No. Well, yes, but you said that I wouldn't get fat, remember?"

"You haven't gotten fat." Tara is now screaming so loud that Tom wakes up, but thinks it's nothing & goes back to sleep."

"Yes, I have look at this." She lifts up her night shirt a little bit, just enough to see her stomach & grabs hold of her flab. "See, flab. I wanted to gain a tiny bit of weight, not get me fat. You guys wanted to fatten me up so that you & him can dump me & mock me behind my back. You don't want a fat friend & Tom doeswn't want a fat girlfriend. All of the other girls he dated were twigs. Like I used to be. Now i'm a fat tub of lard." She starts to cry. Tara sees her crying & puts her arms around her in a hug.

"Girl, you aren't a fat tub of lard. You gained weight which was the idea. You gained about 50 lbs in 4 months, I think that's good."

"I don't." She pulls out of Tara's arms, runs into her room, changes, & runs out of the house.

"Oh dear."

Tom walks in. "Where's Sara? She was in my arms, but now she's not." He notices that Tara's crying & pulls her into a hug. "What's wrong."

She looks up at him. "It's Sara." He starts to look worried. "She noticed how much weight she gained & freaked out. She called herself a fat tub of lard. She says that you don't want a fat girlfriend."

"I love her & she's not fat & she never has been fat."

"I love her too."

Sara's P.O.V

Sara's walking alone in the city. (talking to herself) "I can't believe it. I can't believe I gained that much weight. They wanted to get me fatten. They wanted to fatten me up that Tom can leave me for a twig girl & Tara can leave me for another better thinner friend. Who she doesn't have to worry about." She keeps on walking in the cold. "I'm so glad that I grabbed a jacket. it's so cold out here. I hate it. Actually it feels really good. I don't care if I get better. I'm going to loose half the weight I gained because of them. i know I can do it. I did it before & hid it from them. No one has to know."

That's my girl. I knew you'd come crawling back as soon as then fattened you up.

"I didn't know that you were still here. I thought that you would have left after I started recovering, but i'm glad that you stayed around, this time. The last two times I was hypnotized to thinking that you were my enemy, but you're not. You're my friend, my mentor."

I wanted to stay. I knew that this would happen. They fatten you, then they plan to leave you. One day they're your best friend & the next they're walking by you & knocking your books out of your hands. Useless.

"Help me."

I will. Don't worry.

"I won't. I missed you."

I missed you too, but we have a few things to pick up. You got money?

"Of course."

Back at Tara's house Tara & Tom are worried about Sara. "I hope she's okay."

"She probably just had to let off some steam."

Sara comes home at 8:30 at night to find Tom & Tara waiting for her looking worried. "Where have you been?"

"I'vew been walking around the city. I went shopping."

"For what? What did you get?"

"What are you, my mom?"

"No i'm a worried friend."

"Well, you don't need to get on me just because I got home a little late." She yawns. "I'm going to bed. Night."

"Night." Talking to Tom. "I'm worried. She usually doesn't come home late without calling. This is the second time she did this, but the last time she called."

"I don't know. Do you think that she was with another guy. Do you think that she's cheating on me?" Tom's starting to sound worried.

"I know she's not cheating on you. She loves you alot. I mean it. She would never cheat on you. Do you think she's on drugs?'

"NO. She's not a junkie. She loves life itself. She would never do that."

"Okay."

2 Weeks later

Saras been getting a little skinny. Tom & Tara don't notice because she's covering up by wearing layers of clothes. They just think that it's because of the cold weather. Tom walks up behind Sara & puts his arms around here middle. She jumps, but when she sees Tom she's smiles, then frowns. "Baby, you scared me. Don't do that."

Tom's suprised by her responce "You used to like it when I did that before."

"Baby things have changed. Now it's just weird to me. Besides it's been awhile since you did that so you suprised me. That's all."

"Okay. Are you breaking up with me?"

"Baby, no. I love you."

"Oh." He walks off & joins Tara on the couch. She watching "The Village" on DVD. It takes a few moments before she notices tears in his eyes & turns off the movie.

"What's wrong?"

"I just hugged Sara around the back & she got mad. I also think that she's lost some weight. When I hugged her I was able to feel her spine. Actually I always was able to feel it, but it felt different." He puts his head in his hands. "God, i'm so confused. What's going on with my baby."

Tara's been staring at him while he was talking. "That sucks. I think she's lost weight, because she's gotten a little more grumpy. I think that we should just watch her weight & her. Maybe you're right. i don't know."
