Expressions Of Precious Time
Do you spend your nights
Dreaming up perfect sorrows?
Sending all your bellowed wishes towards god?
Knowing that he'll never embellishing you.
Skipping stones on water
Sending tidal waves to sea
Just listening to the splashing,
All sounds now created by me.
When you sit in your room
Setting flames to paper.
Scrawling down frantically
The scents, the tastes, the physical development
Of all that seems to fade.
Playing with darken ashes.
Don't kindle age old life.
Setting trees a flame,
Bring froth all I'll reign.
What do you dream of
When you close your eyes to drift?
Slumbering sweet harmony,
For all and yet yourself.
Sitting at the grave stone
Placing flowers everywhere
Clutching tight to your rosary.
Denounce me as your God.
All is lost in your fickle mind.
What deranged turn you'll take next
Might always be your last.
But who's to say,
One day this hell will pass.
