You said for me to be myself
But I think that's hypocritical
Because your entire life
Is based upon social rules
Set for you by the peers
Who encourage individuality
Until they see it before them
And shun it for being different
You refer to me as strange
But I beg to differ, please
You spend your life creating
A facade that doesn't last
The false front that you raise
Is blown away by time
What consitutes normality
Is following the majority
So don't tell me how to be
You don't have a clue
