"I hate you, I hate you so much and I hate her" she screamed, Hay Lin pounded his chest with her fists while tears streamed down her face. Emperor Iri grabbed her wrists and lifted her up and put her back on the sofa. The rest of the group just sat there in shock.
"So let me get this right, Marianna is your daughter" René croaked

"You got with a human?" Matthen spat out
"You made out with my daughters?" Iri replied .Matthen shut his mouth up and went to the fridge to get a drink. Hay Lin sobbed even harder and clutched on to Plum's arm.
"Oh please get a room, Hay we all have our problems at least your parents are honest about theirs" Tamara sneered.
"She right, at least I'm honest now I've really got to go and find Marianna" Emperor Iri

Marianna opened her eyes, the last thing she could remember was going into the portal and now she was in her bed. On earth. She gasped.

The day she left earth, she covered her mouth in horror. It was just a dream nothing happened. Chris still her boyfriend, everything was okay.

"Where did I go?" he panted, then returning to smother her mouth with his.
"Chris, dude come on, she ain't going anywhere" one of his friends moaned
They pulled apart and Marianna turned to look at his friend, Marshall he had always fancied Marianna and once came on to her. Marianna winked at him and watched the shock look on his face appear as he tripped over the bin. Marianna walked over to him and circled his neck.
"Hey" she giggled then she stood up and headed to her first lesson
Emperor Iri teleported out of the room leaving them in silence. They all turned to look at Sapphire.
"Marianna could be real danger Sapphire" Matthen said
"Don't worry we'll tell Ki" René replied
"Hwann gwot him twoo" she slurred in response. Plum stood up and ran to her room and then ran back with a piece of pink paper in her hand. She opened it, sprinkled pink power on Sapphire, and read out the spell.

Sapphire stopped acting tipsy and she sat down on the table "Harlan has got Kian locked in his dungeon in the dark forest and Marianna has been taken to the unknown realm of Tryonon with Harlan, he is planning to release the soldiers" she rushed out like she was in a trance
"How can he do that if I'm the oldest" Hay Lin chocked out
"Marianna is a senior while you are not she is 17 not 16 like you" she droned in response
"How can we get inside to rescue Kian?" Ray asked. Everyone turned to him with shock on their faces.
"What?" Trent asked
"look we know if we don't get Kian out of there, your Father will be forced to abdicate and Harlan will rule all and above then what will we tell the future generation we had the chance but didn't stop it cause we were scared, please this will awesome, kicking butt saving people it will just like Symphony the warrior demon princess or Friends with power" he said. They all looked at each other and nodded in response while giving Ray 'are you crazy' looks.
"Can you take us there?" Plum asked
"I'll take you halfway but no farther" Sapphire droned
"Hey I thought she was under a trance?" Matthen asked
"She is but by the way she is clutching the table I guess there must be a bigger reason" Plum said pointing to Sapphire's pink hand which was clutching onto the table.
Sapphire stood up and got out a portal crystal. A grey portal opened.
"I guess we are going to die today then" Trent whimpered
"At least y'all dying together" Hay Lin replied "because I ain't coming she stands for everything my Dad did his year on Earth"
"She also stands for a friend, a person, a half sister," Plum said
"Yeah she is right Marianna is a total biatch, But she is our total biatch" Tamara said
"Yeah what she said" Cruz replied
"SHUT UP, just goes please, just go if you want to save her but don't involve me," Hay Lin pleaded as tears streamed down her face.
They entered the portal one by one.
Marianna ran her fingers through her hair. Chris smiled at her , but she noticed his eyes were distracted by a Flirty Yvonne , she gasped as her chest became tight she had forgotten all about that , but unlike the first time it didn't hurt she just felt betrayed like when a friend doesn't tell you a juicy piece of gossip. As soon as the bell rung she sat down on Chris's lap.
"Hey baby what you doing? He asked nervously
"Are you cheating on me with Yvonne Hammersmith yes or no?" she smiled playing with the little turfs of hair.
"What...wh...What has Yvonne been saying?" he asked pulling at his collar
"Nothing, I saw" she said "though you would have at least said something"

"I know" she replied as she picked up her bag and headed to the door

"Oww my leg" Plum groaned, as she tried to pull it from beneath the pile of bodies. Trent was clasping Marques to him like a mother with a child.

René, Ray, Cruz and Matthen lied on the ground, struggling to move. Sapphire stood at the edge of a large rock looking down.
"Well this is where I say adieu losers" she said smiling
"I though you were under my trance?" Plum said noticing the colour in her eyes returning.
"Please I was just playing so come on lets have more fun with baby spells,

"Plum" screamed René, he ran towards her while the others all directed themselves to a traitorous Sapphire.

"What do you mean?" Tamara asked
"She means we are in no position to be spelling we're sinking" Trent squealed, as he pointed to the fact that Sapphire was now towering above them.
"Quick sand" shouted Cruz
"Nah! You don't say I thought it was Jell-O" Ray said sarcastically
"Well that was kinda of stupid" Cruz grinned

"Help!" René shouted, they all looked at the half submerged head of René, who was trying to pull out Plum by her foot. The rest of her was beneath the purple, gold sand.
They all tried to swim out but no matter what the sand pulled them harder. Matthen gagged on the sand flowing down his throat, he struggled to keep his eyes on a grinning Sapphire. He felt a sobbing Tamara's hand clutching at him, he tried to hold her tighter but the sand just made it harder and him watching her go under sobbing.
"Tammy While Ray had gone under with Cruz. Trent was still grasping on at the sides with Marques.
" I bet you would be able to get out and help us if you let go of the damn cat" Matthen hissed
"Never" he protested then all of a sudden a giant wave just came and washed over them. Matthen glared at sapphire just before he sunk below.
"Bye" she said waving , and just as she turned away she winked at him.
Marianna sat down at her usual table at lunch. Marshall, Emily and Cohen sat down at the table.
" We are really sorry but you can at least forgive Chris you know" Emily said
"Yeah , she's right" Cohen agreed, Marianna didn't know what it was but she felt an air of tension. She looked at Marshall who looked way from her. She leaned over the table and lifted up his chin. Then she saw it , the guilt in his beautiful hazel eyes.
"You all knew" she growled. Marshall hung his head in shame. She turned to glare at Emily and Cohen who she could see held no guilt for what they did, they were Chris's friends before hers and she knew that.
" I'll see you lot later" she said barging past them.
" Now stop being stupid be broke up with her" Emily said, Marianna could hear the irritation in her voice , now it was her fault some how.
" I broke up with him, actually" she said ,as she left the cafeteria.
"Marianna" shouted a voice , but she didn't turn back she just kept on running and allowing the tears to pour down her face like an endless river.

She was suddenly pulled back, she swerved around to see an upset Marshall.
"I'm sorry , but he's my best…." He began but he was soon silenced with a forceful kiss from Marianna. Then everything went black.
"AARGGHHH!" Matthen screamed as he fell through layers of purple and gold sand.

He's falling came to an instant halt as he made contact with cold stone.
"You took your time" Tamara said smirking, the whole gang including Sapphire stood before. Matthen kneeled up; they were in an underground cave.
"I couldn't bring you the front way so I took you through my old secret way" Sapphire said grinning
"I could have choked on that sand" Matthen shouted
"It's edible" Sapphire smirked "I was 9 when I made that Sand-a-portal, purple jelly and marmalade, yum!"
"Hello everyone, I think we have a serious problem" said a voice, in the corner stood a 6 year's old Plum.
"Oops my spell" Sapphire said "this is a bit embarrassing but I don't know the …." Then she mumbled off.
"I'm stuck as a 6 year old" plum screeched in outrage, she ran over to Sapphire and tried to kick her but René intervened and pulled her back.
"Where are we?" Cruz asked they all peered out the entrance to the cave; it was like they were in undercover beehive. There were many chambers and hallway, the walls and floors cover with expensive drapes and artwork. There was a massive whole in the centre of the floor, connecting to a massive stairway leading down floors and layers. Soldiers armed with magic at every doorway.
"This is the grotto, Harlan does all his dirty work here, and you can smell the dark magic flowing through the roots of the building" Sapphire whispered in a husky voice, she scrunched her face up in disgusted.
"It's gonna be even harder to get to Kian, look it's gonna be a full moon their magic is going to be at full power" René said pointing to the glass roof.
"Full moon! Full moon oh wondered why he had put Monroe and Habitué on guard" Sapphire muttered to herself. She ran her fingers through her head, while walking up and down.
"What? What is?" Trent asked frightened, clutching onto Marques.
"Harlan plans to kill every soldier in this castle" Sapphire sighed
"What! We are in this castle" Trent squealed
"How?" Tamara asked picking up a now crying Plum.
" Kian , Kian is a werewolf on a full moon like this he will break loose of his chain and rip the flesh of anything breathing" Sapphire choked out
"Wer…r…e...ewolf as in hairy Vampir…e...e killing …thi…ngs" Ray stuttered, Sapphire nodded and swallowed hard.
"look we need to get to the main chamber before the moon hits it highest point in the sky" Sapphire said conjuring up a lollypop and stuffing it in Plum's mouth.
"Shut up plum or we'll get caught" René said, the young child instantly stopped her wailing and snuggled into the comfort of Tamara's arms.
"we are gonna have to use a no sight –no seeing spell so they can't see us" Cruz said counting the number of guards. they all held hands, René walked over and quickly grabbed Sapphire's hand, but a jealous Plum barged between them and replaced her hand with her own.

Marianna rubbed her eyes, body ached all over. she laid bounded on the cold rigid the floor; they weren't on Virani anymore that much she could tell.
"How long have I been asleep for? where am i?..." Marianna mumbled
"Be silent, I'm trying to break the protection spell" shouted a voice, Marianna looked around Harlan stood before a giant temple in concentration chanting spells in ancient magic. His soldiers next to him at his helm and a young boy behind. She wiggled and rolled but still couldn't free herself from the chains which bound her. All her head hurt so badly.
"Had that all been a dream? Was none of it real?" she screamed, he glanced at her with a vicious smile and nodded. He had played with her mind and she had let him

Marianna tried to wiggle out of the bond but they held her body tight. But every time she moved the bond became tighter. She gasped and began to sob.

Harlan swung around halfway through her chant and clicked his finger. Marianna gagged instantly as the spell traveled down her throat .he had removed her mouth with a flick of a finger. And with another flick of his finger he picked her up and levitated her behind him as he went back to the temple to finish what he started. Suddenly the great doors of the temple roared opened and flow of dark magic and good blew out. Just the intensity of magic burnt away at Marianna's unprotected skin while Harlan stood before her covered in a protection spell.
"KIAN!" she screamed in pain.
"MARIANNA!" Kian screamed the chains burned into his skin.
"I thought you were meant to be the prodigy of Harlan" said the guarding soldier outside.
"I am and when I get out of this I'm gonna rip your heart" Kian growled. He could feel Marianna's pain, his whole body felt like he was being stabbed repeatedly.
"Ha ha I would like to see you try tonight is a full moon I will be at full power" he replied
"A full moon?" Kian grinned at the irony; here he was going about his power not knowing what Kian hid beneath his skin.
"So if I'm more powerful on a normal night than imagine how I am on a full moon" Kian said
"You're also in chains" the soldier remarked before walking away.
"Oh yeah" Kian muttered
