Thunder rolls in the distance,

Like a thousand angry drums,

Heralding the Fire from the skies.

Tall, black clouds descend,

Sweep across the land.

Spinning death to watchers in the way.

Then comes the rain,

The safeguard,

Coming only when the danger is over.

It knows the power of the skies.

It was born in those dark clouds,

Birthed by lightning,

Spun by wind,

And now it falls,

New life for the parched ground.
