Premonition
By S'cyre Lecareixz

Someone's dying.

The thought just rang though his head as he walked down the corridor, and though he was a particularly morbid person, the way those two words just popped into his head disturbed him.

The boy swallowed, looking around and glancing at the classrooms to see if someone was indeed dying at this very moment.

No one was.

But the nagging thought that someone was indeed dying prodded his shoulder in tenacious persistence.

Yet he chose to ignore it and went on to where he was supposed to go in the first place, the comfort room.

It stank, as usual, but he tried ignored the pungent smell as he washed his hands, somehow finding himself thinking about the 'someone' once more.

He sighed and wet his face, looking into the mirror for a moment.

His vision scintillated and he saw a shadow of a figure standing behind him. Although when his vision cleared in a split of a second, whoever it was had gone.

He looked dubiously at the mirror and then the spot where the figure was supposed to be.

He swallowed, "I should stop thinking about it…" he told himself, chanting it like a mantra as he went out, somewhat frantic and paranoid, looking over his shoulder as he went back to the classroom.

Thank the Lords he didn't notice the blood coming from the third cubicle.

A/N - The "someone's dying" part really happened to me. The rest is all fictious. XD
