You Took Life For Granted

Caressing your body, its hold stays firm

Sparing no time for the fever; the burn

Your body quickly becomes fragile and weak

While the virus sneaks and sneaks

You don't know what's happening, it going too fast

Your brain slowly starts forgetting the past.

Your start thinking of the future, and what it holds

It becomes scarier and scarier and you lose control

You're like a worm in the dirt

And this disease are the ants, slowly eating away at your lifeless form

All hope just starts to die away

And you realized that you really want to stay

For you took life for granted for far too long

And now your life is ending; this is very, very wrong.
