A Soft Smile

The charm
of a person
So young, sensitive, and beautiful
Flowers or dandelions clutched between
the chubby fingers
And honey-colored hair swept
beneath a bright red cap

And he looks up
To give you the present,
A treasure he found
while scampering with the baby rabbits
Beaming with pride,
flushed from sun
He offers up his sweet bouquet…
and a soft smile

A/N: Well...yeah, I wrote this in about ten minutes, and it's pretty evident. Anyway, it's not really my style of poetry or anything, but if you feel inclined, please review with any suggestions or comments. All reviews are reciprocated. Thanks for reading! :-)
