I'm thankful for my life, for without it, I wouldn't be living.

I'm thankful for my family, my friends, and all people - good and bad - for without them, I would be lonely.

I'm thankful for my scars and my pain for they have made me into what I am.

I'm thankful for my God, for without him, I would live in despair.

I'm thankful for my food and drink, for without them, I would be hungry and thirsty.

I'm thankful for the clothes on my back for without them, I would be naked.

I'm thankful for nature for without it, I would not know the beauty of living life.

I'm thankful for my education and knowledge because I would be unintelligent without it.

I'm thankful for myself because of who I am, though I may be bad more than good at times.

I am thankful for everything for without it, there would be nothing.
