Doctor doctor, it hurts when I do this...
Then don't do that.
Seems that such a simple answer,
Is always missed when you can't see the forest
From all the trees.

While life seems,
Like the tempestuous surface of an unsettled sea.
Yet through the storm,
You look back and see only calm waters,
And wonder whether its all in your head.

And the jagged edges of a shattered mind,Tear your soul to shreds.
And a soul, so selfish and so scared,
That it takes the blame,
even when the light of logic,
Reveals the culprit elsewhere.
A final grasp for control.

The two sided mirror, each side,
Reflecting back what is in front,
But never revealing
the world on the other side of the mirror.

To find the tranquillity you seek,
Is not found, by solving the problems
In the world around you.
By letting go of this mind of yours,
You shall find yourself, your peace.

So when its hurting to think,
Don't do it.
