This is dedicated to someone I know who has cancer. You are my mountain.
I'm not sure what's in store for me,
I'm not sure I'm strong.
But, deep inside I'm aware
That this life goes on.
I am mountain,
God is my lantern.
In this world, I never saw
What changes could do.
And my mind is full of strain,
I never thought I'd ensue.
I am a mountain,

When I look down from my perch,
I'll never be hindered in my search,
For a way towards the infamous light.
As I gaze into the past,
The spite those have cast upon me,
Seems so inferior now.
I am mountain,
God is my lantern.
This soul's a mountain;
On the horizon.
I'm never gonna let go of this hope,
It's the only path I've ever took,
That's made me alive!
I will survive!
Please don't feel sad for me,
I shine in His ethereal glory!
